Inspired by travel experiences, the new Antara Eco-conscious residential living is in the economic booming location in South Road Properties (SRP), in Talisay City, Cebu. Antara Condominium is centrally favored around the residential area within the city, minutes away from commercial establishments and attractions, and also near schools, shopping centers and other urban centers. The unit is located on the 4th floor of the building with a nice view of the seascape. It's an elegant studio type space complete with the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The unit has a very spacious restroom with hot and cold shower as well as a washing machine for your convenience. There's only 1 queen size bed available but an additional single air bed is available upon request. As a guest you are allowed to use the available amenities in the community including the common lounge and the basketball court. I live 3 cities away from the location but I will be available when needed. Depending on availability, I may or may not be the one to meet you upon checking in and/or checking out. But rest assured, everything will be taken cared of for your stay. The easiest way to commute is via a Grab ride but jeepneys, motorcycles, and buses are also available. Parking spaces are available within the community but for a fee - Php 20 for the first 3 hours and Php 1000 for overnight parking. Monthly parking fee is Php 3000. Parking fees are paid to the building management.
