We are at the center of Poblacion, beside Prince Hypermart, walking distance to public market, easy access to laundry shops, food shops, etc., 2-3min ride to white beaches, 5min ride to Hagnaya Port, and many others.

The space we're hosting is at the second floor. This first room is quite spacious that can accommodate up to 4 guests. We now provide air-conditioning in this room for your comfort and convenience.
You can access the area using the stairs outdoor. Caretakers are just on the first floor. You can call/tap them when you need anything.
Our property is just beside Prince Hypermart, 2 minute walk to Public Market, 2-3 minute ride to famous white beaches of San Remigio, 5 minute ride to Hagnaya Port.
Since we are centrally located, we are near almost any place you need. We are just beside or across laundry shops, banks, ATMs, eateries, barbecue/litson manok stalls, milktea shops, convenient stores, etc.
Here, everything is just within your reach, whether you’ll stay one night or long-term. You’ll definitely experience living like a local.
You have a private entryway to the second floor, which is the stairs outside the house. They can park their cars outside the house, which is also spacious, that can accommodate up to 3 cars.
I won't be available in person. However, there are caretakers in the house who can accommodate you during check-ins, checkouts, and everything in-between.
You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It’s very near great and famous beaches, public market, Hagnaya Port, Prince Hypermart, BDO Bank, 7/11 Store, Laundry Shops, and many others.

Our house is centrally situated, along the road/national highway. Laundry shops, ATMs, banks, market, grocery, eateries, etc. are just a walking distance. Transportation is easy access, too. Motorcycles or Habal-habals, tricycles, and buses are just in front of the house ready for use.
Wifi is FREE with speed of up to 200 MBPS. Very suitable for work from home setup and freelancers.
