- Children's playroom is free and open daily (except Wednesday afternoon) from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Maximum of 2 kids (daily) per unit. Additional child fee is ₱300 on weekdays and ₱350 on weekends. Wearing of socks is required.
- Building parking on the 3rd floor is available for ₱224 per day (car/motorcycle). Please coordinate with the lobby for payment.

- Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on availability. Just inform us in advance.

- We don't provide daily cleaning services, so we would appreciate it if you can maintain a clean and tidy space during your stay.
