It has 2 bedrooms, 1 large room (16m2), with 2 x 140 cm beds,
1 Standard room (12m2), with 1 x 160 cm bed / living room / kitchen / 1 bathroom with shower / terrace, private garden with garden door.
The house can be rented with 2 rooms or single rooms.
Whole house: PHP 4048 / (3 days, min. Booking), Private Use, no other Guests.
Large Room: PHP 2300 /( 3 days, Min. Booking),(General areas shared with other guests)
Small Room: PHP 1748 / (3 days, min. Booking), (General areas shared with other guests)
The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2021 / 2022.
New kitchen, new bathroom, new windows and doors, new lighting,
New electrics, new roof.
New garden with private wall and door to the garden / house entrance.
New furniture, beds, tables, etc.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans, fridge etc.
We provide as a welcome gift: one Tank drinking Water and 2 Rolls of Toiletpaper.
Additional Water and Toiletpaper need the Guests purchase himself.

1 smaller room with 1 x 160 cm bed .

Bathroom / kitchen with cold water connection.
Terrace with new lounge chairs and 2 ceiling fans.
The house has only cold water connection.
The water tank is filled with an electric pump. (Plug in the Plug on the Post). Our caretaker gives on-site instructions how to proceed
is to be served.
Quiet, central location, 250 meters from the Bounty beach away, small grocery store and bakery next door.
All guests have access to garden, kitchen/living area, bathroom.
Doors to rooms are lockable.
Front door and garden door lockable.
Our Cartaker lives nearby. He is always available and can help
and stop by for any needs.
Island visit tours, snorkeling boat, trips to other islands, diving can be mediated / organized by our caretaker.
Passenger transport from Maya to Cebu City, with a 9-seater private van, can also be booked.

In the immediate vicinity, there are small grocery stores, a bakery, money exchange / transfer, a restaurant with karaoke until evening at 10 pm.
Bike rental, only for our guests:
per day, several days, per week, long-term rental; Price on request.
We can mediate from good dive centers, fine restaurants,
Island Excursion - Tours, Fishing Boat, etc.
