We are usually at work the whole day so should you need anything please feel free to message us.
Beddings, towels, pillows, blankets are provided based on the number of registered guests only. No extras are provided.
We don't provide daily cleaning services, so we would appreciate it if guests could maintain a clean and tidy space during your stay.
No toiletry refills are provided; a 24 hour convenience store is located at the ground level of the property.
Moving of furniture is strictly prohibited; prior approval is required for any rearrangement or relocation of furniture.
Bed configuration in the property:

(Three) single size folding sleeper
( One ) double sized sofa bed at the living room
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect your fellow guests and neighboring units.
No parties/events/pets are allowed on the premises; ****only registered guests are permitted.****
Check-in is strictly at 3:00pm onwards.
Check out is strictly on or before 11am.
Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced.
*We would need the complete names and ID's of all the guests prior to check in* kindly send it to us.
