Welcome to the calmest and tranquil destination in Mactan! A great city escaped to reward yourselves where everyday feels like a holiday! This condo is located between 5 star resorts Shangrila & Crimson Hotel.
There are restaurants & cafe in Vista Mar Breach Club & The Reef Resort which located about 1 min by walk, but there is no supermarket, convenience store. I recommend you to buy drinks and foods on your way to come to the condo.

Name of the condo is LA MIRADA RESIDENCES. Please search on Internet if you want to know more about this condo.
Please bring all the guests IDs and present the IDs to the concierge upon check-in. Only the representative need to leave the original ID at the reception during your stay.
Children are also welcome !!
Check in time : Our standard check in time is 3pm.
Check out time : Our standard check out time is 11am.

Space：Modern designed specious 40sqms in La Mirada Residences can accommodate maximum of 8 persons. There are one queen size bed, two double size floor mattresses, and one single size sofa bed.
Swimming pool is open for the guests for free!!
Beach option 1: Vista Mar Beach Club which located about 1 min by walk. You can enjoy more swimming pool and the beach with paying day use charge.
Beach option 2: Mactan Newtown Beach which located in the property of Mactan Newotwn. You can enjoy the beach with paying day use charge.
※Please call Vista Mar Beach Club or Mactan Newtown Beach to know how much the day use charge is. They update the day use charge regularly.
Air conditioning：There is a very quiet split type aircon all the rooms. It will help you deep sleep at the end of your day.
Well equipped kitchen：You can enjoy basic cooking if you are tired to eat outside.
※Please do not cook dry fish in the unit.
Basic cookware : We do provide flying pan, pot, knifes, plates, glasses, etc.
Please note that we don't provide any spices, seasoning like oil, salt, sugar, etc.
Transportation:
Using a Grab for transportation is highly recommended.
Please understand that the internet is not stable due to infrastructure. There might be a day that you can not access to the internet.
NO SMOKING IN THIS UNIT.
Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner and lights when not in use.
All trash and perishables must be disposed at the garage chute and dishes washed before departure. Please keep the room clean.
Please list the exact number of guests. We require you to send us valid IDs of all those occupying the unit BEFORE arrival so that our security people will let you in. Non-registered guests will not be allowed up into the condo, you can meet them at the lobby on the ground floor. Our building is very strict with security. If you registered for 1, only 1 will be allowed upstairs.
This is a self-serviced/catered apartment. As such, breakfast is not included and cleaning is limited to the check-in/check-out dates only in preparation for the next guest. However, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
I'm accepting bookings even the date you check-in. However I might not set-up the unit if you book the date you check-in. Please inquiry me before you book what time I can set-up the unit if you book in the same day.
I recommend you to book at least a day before you check-in to make sure that the unit is ready by 3pm.
