The guesthouse has an overlooking rooftop with a beautiful seaview especially during afternoon with the sunset projecting the shoreline area.
Parking space also available and a small landscape in front of the house along the road.
House is situated near the road and public transportation is available.Public beach at the back of the house is also a few steps (1min walk).
Guest can use the kitchen and its cooking untensils.

Guest can request for arrangement of tours either land tour or island hopping. We can arrange also for scooter reservation for the guest.
The house is situated in a friendly neighborhood where houses are located near the shoreline (public beach). The guesthouse is safe with a fence around the area. Barangay hall is 2 min from the house.
Fresh catch delicious and cheaper seafood is also available from the local fisherman at around 8 am-11 am.
Modes of transportation such as cars, tricycles, and motorcycles are available for rent.
Guest can also opt for public transport such as tricycles that are available for use just in front of the house.
Guests may tour at the shoreline to buy fresh sea foods from the local fisherman and affordable price. Guests can also do fishing during low tide.
We will collect a security deposit of Php2000 upon arrival. This will be returnable upon check out in full if there will be no incidental cost or consumption of beers and drinks we provided in the refrigerator.
Early check-in is allowable but depends on the availability of the house. Though we will charge 200php/hr whole group.
