You will have the place entirely to yourselves, from self check in through a lock box or a door code in case you experienced senile moments and lost the key card (lol). Just be mindful of your neighbors as this is still a peace loving community. They will surely harass me in our GC if you misbehave, so please have mercy. (Lol)
There are two working elevators up to the fourth floor, so no worries with heavy luggage and or physical disabilities limiting your mobility.
The only time you will see our shadow is if you will need assistance, in which case, our very friendly managing partner Vina, will be there to assist you from arranging tours and transportation to getting you your groceries, at your expense of course.
UDHC is a very interactive community where you can buy anything and everything you need at their Urban Deca Homes Homeowners Marketplace. You will not be disturbed except by little Amara at the neighbor apartment who sometimes knock in the door hoping to see me. Lol.
Getting everywhere is very accessible through Grab or Angkas.
Most of the parking are owned, those that are marked with letters and numbers. We may have parking at the common areas (only near the court) but if you want a sure parking, we can arrange that for you with a fee. Just message us ahead of time.
No security deposit required but if anything is broken, stained or damage, please inform me and pay otherwise, I will collect the same through agoda.
