In order to protect our guests as well as our staff, we are following the official guidelines to manage the covid-19 virus. Typically we change all linen and towels, give the unit a thorough cleaning after each guest, keep social distancing rules etc. Contact us for more details.

*** Smoking ***
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building, subject to a USD500 penalty. Exception: Smoking is permitted on the balcony (if the unit has a balcony).

Included in the condo booking:
- Full access to the condo for the booked number of guests
- Clean linen and towels upon arrival. Linen for beds occupied. One bath towel per guest. Extra mattress for additional guests.
- Hot and cold drinking water. The first drinking water container (5 gallon/around 19L) for the water dispenser is included
- Unlimited internet
- Cable TV (SD and HD channels)
- End cleaning of the unit
