We are in a comfy and not-so-tall building surrounded by manicured pathways and pocket gardens. Our place was specifically interior-designed to serve as a breath of fresh air for guests after a tiring but fun tour around the island.
Guests can access the entire unit, gym and pool.
Please note that property admin collects a fee of P200 per head for pool and gym.
We like interacting with our guests! However, we also respect your privacy. Thus, if you wanna say hi or have concerns, we’re always a keypad away.
Please expect us to not be prompt in answering from 6PM to 8AM as we'll have family time then. If you have emergencies, please don't hesitate to approach the concierge below.
We are near JY Square Mall in Lahug.
You can always get a Grab car, Angkas motorcycle, ask the guard for a cab or walk to the next block for a jeepney—depends on your preference.
We also have a car and driver for a minimal fee when you need one.
Usual time it takes to get to the ff from our place:
South Bus Terminal (for Oslob Whale Shark) - 17 mins
North Bus Terminal (for Malapascua and Bantayan jump offs) - 15 mins
Busay, Little Amsterdam, Temple of Leah, Tops
- around 10-15 minutes
POOL & GYM. Bldg admin charges P200 per head per use for these amenities.
MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.
