? EARLY CHECK-IN:
Subject to availability with no prior guests, an early check-in can be accommodated for a fee of Php 400.
Earliest check-in time: 8AM (pre-arranged as we do not have a staff onsite)
Please note that we lack a concierge for pre-check-in item storage; however, a nearby shop across the terminal offers this service.
? WATER CONSERVATION:
Kindly conserve water to prevent shortages. In the event of water depletion (dependent on usage), the overhead shower may become unavailable.
? BEDDING CHANGES:
For extended stays, beddings are changed every 4 days. Requested changes or additional beddings/towels before the scheduled interval incur a fee of Php 250 per set.
? CLEANING PROCEDURES:
Our cleaning staff will enter to manage lights and water systems. Practice "Clean As You Go" in the kitchen, ensuring no unwashed utensils or cookware are left.
? ECO-FRIENDLY PRACTICES:
Embrace eco-living by avoiding single-use plastics. Properly dispose of garbage in designated areas using recycled bags.
? POWER INTERRUPTIONS:
Note that we lack a power generator. During outages, amenities like air conditioning and internet will not be available. We use emergency lights and solar-powered lights at night.
? REBOOKING:
Rebooking requests are considered if arranged at least two weeks before arrival to accommodate other potential guests. Otherwise, our strict cancellation policy applies.
? INTERNET DISCLAIMER:
While we offer complimentary internet, we're not responsible for slowdowns or unavailability due to the island's intermittent telco signal. Wi-Fi is accessible in common areas, with room signal variability.
? BUG ADVISORY:
In our tropical setting, bugs are unavoidable despite regular cleaning. Bring insect repellent for added comfort.
? SHARED SPACE:
Your exclusive space is the bedroom; outdoor spaces may be shared. Embrace the opportunity to connect with fellow travelers.
? NEIGHBORHOOD CATS:
We have one stray cat that sometimes enter our property. Please do not pet them as they may not be vaccinated.
? SECURITY SYSTEMS: Outdoor security systems, including CCTV, are in place. Tampering with electronic devices may result in an early departure.
? NIGHT SECURITY: A night security guard is present in the cabana or near the entrance gate.
