Mactan to Cebu City is 30 minutes by taxi or Grab Car.

We highly recommend downloading the Grab App (our version of Uber) as this is the best way to get around the area and Cebu City. Taxis and public utility vehicles are also available outside the condominium complex, 2 minutes walking distance.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO REMEMBER

PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS

All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). An authorization letter signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted along with photocopies of the guests’ IDs.

Kindly submit the PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or as soon as possible for last-minute bookings. These requirements are essential for property security. By sharing your IDs, you confirm your adherence to the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines regarding ID-related information.

Upon successful submission of the pre-arrival requirements, guests will receive a unique digital lock code within 24 hours before the scheduled check-in.
