Our unit is furnished with 2 Uratex Double Beds w/ single pull-out & drawers, a single sofa bed, 55" Samsung Smart 4K UHD TV w/ Netflix, Functional Kitchen with complete kitchen tools, Samsung Microwave, Electric Kettle, Single Induction Cooker, Black Decker Blender, Whirlpool Front Load Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Iron, Bidet & Hot & Cold Shower. We are 5 minutes away from the malls, great restaurants & 10 minutes away from white beaches. WARNING: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

❇️ Guests must submit valid ID’s, mandated by Condo Admin for security.
❇️ After valid ID’s are submitted, simple instructions to self-check in will be given to the guests.
❇️ Failure to provide ID ahead of time will be subject to cancellation policy and I have the rights not to accommodate such guests.
Guests can use the balcony to dry clothes. Swimming Pool has a fee of 50 pesos/head/use. It’s a first come first serve basis. Let us know if you would like to use the pool in advance. Parking rate is 100 pesos/24 hours for car/motorcycle.
