We will have to forward them to the tower management office so that they will allow you entry to the unit.

Q: At which Avida Riala Tower is the studio located?
A: We're at the 8th floor of Tower 4.
Q: Does your bathroom come with a shower hose and shower heater?
A: Yes, it does.
Q: Is the swimming pool free to use?
A: The swimming pool is free to use. Just present your ID to the lobby personnel when you want to use it so that you will be given a permit for that day. If you want to use the pool the next day, you will have to ask for a new permit. Multiple permits for multiple dates are not allowed. The pool is open from 6am to 8pm from Tuesdays to Sundays and closed on Mondays.
Q: How many towels are provided?
A: We will provide 3 towels but this may change depending on the duration of your stay. You may use the in-suite washing machine to wash the towels.
Q: Do you have Netflix?
A: Yes, we do. At the "Profiles" screen, select the "Avida" profile then key in this pin: "0809".
Q: Do you have a cleaning service?
A: Yes, we do. We charge a fee of 750 pesos for the cleaning service.
Q: Do you have free parking? How much do you pay for parking?
A: Sorry but only paid street parking is available. Public street parking within IT park is on a "first come, first served" basis. Parking spots are not guaranteed.

Q: Can it sleep 4 people?
A: With 2 people on the queen size bed, you can still fit 2 people on the sofa bed but it is going to be tight and not as comfy.
Q: Are your rates inclusive of water and electricity?
A: Yes, they are.
Q: Does your place have a gym?
A: Unfortunately, there is no gym at the tower but there is a Anytime Fitness gym that is just an 8-minute walk away from our unit's location.
Q: How fast is your internet connection?
A: We have a 150Mbs Fibre Internet Connection from Globe which is great for Remote Work and Onl
