Well furnished house with direct access to the sea. 3 aircon bedrooms with sofa beds included and 1 non-aircon room with bunk beds. Furnished Hall and dining area with well equipped kitchen. All utensils are provided. All cutlery MUST be washed by the guests after use. BBQ pit and front lawn facing the sea. 2 live in staffs . Private and clean sea pool . Esoy Hot spring, Tinubdan Falls and Ka-Tinggo Falls is about 12 k away or about 25 mins. drive. Cebu Safari is about 17 km away or 30 mins. drive. 30 mins. drive to Golf Club (Club Filipino in Danao City). Supermarkets and Groceries is about 15 mins. drive. Good for 14 persons to sleep. Additional guests above 14 persons (13 years old and above), will be charged at 250 pesos per person per night , payable upon check in. Children 9 years old and below are free of charge- maximum of 5 children only. Above 5 children up to 12 years old, will be charged at 100 pesos per child per night. Good for private parties and fiesta up to 30 persons, BUT no sleeping over, above the 14 paid guests. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Additional 300 pesos for the cleaning fee. Free wi-fi access (22gb consumable-prepaid wifi) for entire stay. LED TV and mini-component with karaoke. Scuba diving/Snorkeling is available (with charge).
