Registered guests have free access to the gym and roof deck panoramic lap pool located on the 15th floor of the building.
On the ground floor of the condominium, you'll find the mini grocery/convenience store & laundry shop.
You can directly reach your host through text, phone call, Viber, WhatsApp or Line App. I do not expect to personally meet with guests but I would be delighted if I get the chance.
Trillium Residences is conveniently located within a few blocks (walking distance) to Ayala Center Cebu, 10 to 15-minute ride to SM City. It is near restaurants, convenience stores, laundry shops and has easy access to malls, hospitals, schools, offices & universities.
Everything is just a walking distance away. Booking a ride is also easy whether through taxi, Grab or jeepney.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
NEW GUIDELINES: LEASE OCCUPANT ACCOMMODATION
1. NO SAME DAY MOVE-IN, booking must be informed at least 2 days prior to arrival.
2. DURATION OF STAY shall be for a minimum of at least one (14) days. Lease or guest accommodation that is less than 14 days shall be prohibited and advised to re-enter once the regulation will be updated in accordance with IATF and LGU guidelines.
3. MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF OCCUPANT must be followed for every type of unit:
(a) Studio: 2 persons
4. ONLY THE REGISTERED NAMES of lease occupants must be allowed to enter the property.
5. REQUIREMENTS:
(a) Copy of latest medical clearance or LGU or Barangay certifications indicating that the person does not have manifestations
or symptoms of COVID-19 disease
(b) Passport
(c) Travel History
6. WEARING OF MASK at all times whenever in common areas is mandatory.
7. FILL-UP HEALTH DECLARATION and move-in form at the lobby.
8. LIMITED ACCESS TO THE GYM is granted up to 2 persons and must only use for 1 hr.
9. LIMITED ACCESS TO THE POOL DECK AND SWIMMING POOL from 8 AM - 6 PM only with a limited number of persons allowed.
10. FOOD DELIVERY must be picked up at the condominium lobby.
