A 36 sqm fully-furnished 1-bedroom unit with a balcony and spectacular view of the lush green golf course. IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 1. A maximum of 4 persons is allowed to stay in the unit. 2. All tenants are required to present themselves for a temperature check. Body temperature must not exceed 37.5 degrees Celcius. 3. Each tenant shall submit the following move-in requirements: (a.) Latest Medical Certificate signed by a physician, or from the City Health Office or Barangay Health Office where the guest came from or resides, stating that the guest is not COVID19 Confirmed, Suspect or Probable (b) Travel History (c) Copy of passport with date of entry to the Philippines and copy of clearance from the Bureau of Quarantine stating that they have already completed the required 14-day quarantine set by the government (for those who arrived from abroad) 4. Tenants need to register at the Property Management Office (PMO) at least one (1) day before arrival. No same-day move-in. 5. Move-ins shall be allowed every Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. 6. Tenant needs to wear a mask all the time when outside or in the common areas. A penalty of 1,000 is implemented for violators. 7. No bringing of unregistered guests. 8. No gatherings in the common areas.
