In order to protect our guests as well as our staff, we are following official guidelines to manage the covid-19 virus. Typically we change all linen and towels, give the unit a thorough cleaning after each guest, keep social distancing rules etc. Contact us for more details.
*** No smoking indoors ***
Due to health and general well-being concerns, we have a strict non-smoking policy in the condo.
Smoking in the apartment is a serious violation and will carry a penalty of up to USD 500.
To conserve energy, please turn off aircon and lights when you're not in the room or in the condo. Also, for comfort, don't keep a too low temperature :)
Included in the condo booking:
- Full access to the condo for the booked number of guests
- Clean linen and towels upon arrival. Linen for beds occupied. One bath towel per guest. Extra mattresses for additional guests.
- Hot and cold drinking water. The first drinking water container (5 gallons, around 20L) for the water dispenser is included
- Unlimited internet and Netflix Ultra
- Cable TV (SD and HD channels)
- End cleaning of the unit

Services like gym, swimming pool, adventure activities, hairdresser, shooting range, billiard, restaurants, and so on are not part of the booking, but provided by other parties and in most or all cases have a fee.
