A studio unit that can fit a family of five or six. It has a mini kitchen with all the basic kitchen needs. It has a balcony where you can enjoy the breeze and relax. Depending on the time of the year you get to enjoy the beautiful sunset on the balcony. And at night if it is full moon you will also get to enjoy the beauty of it especially between 3 am and 4 am (lucky if you work remotely and graveyard shift).
It would be best if you rode a tricycle/tuk-tuk to get around the area. It costs Php15 to the crossing (where the stop lights are) from Saekyung Village 1. However, if you want to go to Maribago area or any other area, it is best to use Grab Car.
