*The building is quite new and some areas of the building (27th floor and above) are still undergoing construction so you may hear some noises. Our unit is on the 11th floor.
*With this, our windows are currently not sparkly clean. Unfortunately, we have no timeline of when the windows can be cleaned since this is mainly managed by the building admin.
*Amenities (pool and gym) will be available from Jan 2024
