Indulge in the coastal getaway at our ocean view retreat, featuring a spacious layout with 1 queen-size bed, a queen-size sofa bed, and a single sofa bed to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. This stylishly appointed apartment has a modern bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living area opens up to a balcony, inviting guests to unwind and soak in the picturesque scenery.
We offer complimentary airport pick - up for guests arriving from 1100H to 1800H, subject to prior reservation and vehicle's availability. Airport pick - up should be confirmed by Condo Manager 1 day prior to arrival. Please message Thomas, via contact details below to inquire availability.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
⮚ Standard Check – in Time is at 1500H. Early check in from 1300H onwards is complimentary, subject to availability. Please contact us prior to arrival to avoid any inconvenience should you be arriving earlier than the standard check – in time. Early check – in fee of Php 1,000 is charged from 0600H – 1200H subject to confirmation and availability.
⮚ Guests will be welcomed by one of our team members upon arrival in the building. You may contact the number provided by our team member upon arrival should you need immediate assistance during your stay.
⮚ Standard Check – out time is at 1100H. Late check – out from 1100H – 1300H is complimentary, subject to availability. Late check out requests will be confirmed one day prior to your departure. Late check out fee of Php 1,000 is charged from 1300H – 1800H subject to confirmation and availability while late check out from 1800H onwards will incur a full night charge.
Room check will be conducted prior to the guest's departure. Please communicate to us through the number provided by our team member upon arrival.
Our unit is located in La Mirada Residences in between Crimson Resort and Shangri-La Mactan. It is 20-30 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Mactan Newtown where you can easily find restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and ATMs.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES, FACILITIES and ACTIVITIES YOU CAN ENJOY WHILE STAYING WITH US:
- Use of 2 swimming pools and sunbeds
- Use of cabanas including tables and chairs at the pools (including grill if available)
- Use of gym
- Streetside parking (safe and secured with entrance and roving Security Guards
- Complimentary drop off and pick up to nearby Beach and Angasil Port (prior reservation is required, subject to availability)
- Complimentary Motorbike to go around Mactan Newtown only (to buy food, essentials etc. subject to availability)
- Island Hopping is available with a reasonable price (Snorkeling in Olango Marine Sanctuary, Pandanon Island with the whole boat exclusively yours)
We have free parking in our parking garage and in the street. On our website which you can requests by email, you will find many excursion options, sights, restaurants and many other things to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
