My apartment is a very spacious executive studio at 44 sq. meters with a balcony. The sleeping area can be closed via a glass pullout partition transforming the place into a cozy 1 bedroom. The view from the apartment faces north with a spectacular view of the Magellan Bay and the Punta Engano point.

The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen with a big refrigerator, electric stove and microwave oven. There is also a front loading washer & dryer for your convenience. The condominium has the longest swimming pool in Cebu with 60 meters lap pool. The gym is very well equipped and has a spa and massage room. The township has a world class beach which is a leisurely walk from the apartment and is open to residents with prior arrangements with the front desk.

The apartment is within the very secure and safe Mactan Newtown Township. This is the only township which has a beach access. There is a convenience store and several 24 hour coffee shops nearby, including the Mactan Alfresco for more dining selections. The Mactan Newtown is adjacent to the Mactan Shangrila and is a gateway to other world class beach resorts in Mactan.
