Spianada Residences is located near Ayala shopping mall and Mango square. We provide all necessary facilities to stay. There is swimming pool, fitness gym in condo, unit has free Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen. You can cook meals and have coffee.

This condominium is near Ayala shopping mall and Mango square and Fuente Osmeña Circle. There are many restaurants, café, shops, convenience store and more around here.

Feel free to cook your own meals since the unit is equipped with a fully kitchen appliances; electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle.
If you don't want to cook, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside condominium where a lot of food shops are located.
BED
We provide one queen size bed good for 1~2 guests and additional full size mattress for 1-2 guests. Each bed and mattress is good for 2 persons. Plus a Couch.
WIFI
We have good internet connection through PLDT. We’ve never had any complain about internet. Please try our unit if you are also a business person.
HOUSEKEEPING
We have our trained cleaning specialists who clean this unit and setting new bed sheets and towels every time before our guest checks-in.

*It’s easy to find taxi in front of the condominium. Don't hesitate to ask the lobby guard to assist you.
Cebu has heavy traffic sometimes so please make sure you have ample time to travel around.

Very easy to catch a taxi. There is also new commercial space right across the street and it has 24 hr convenient store (7/11), cafes and bars.
Requirements for guests checking in must be sent to us before the check in date to have a smooth check in.

for check in 2pm we have a staff that will assist you upon check in, if you are planning to check in late no worries we will just leave the key in the lobby.
