Space：Modern designed specious 25.2sqm Sky View Suite AVENIR can accommodate maximum of 8 persons. There is a 2 double size double deck bed.This unit is good for the group who need an accommodation just to sleep at the prime location.
Location： Conveniently located at the heart of Cebu City, a short walk to AYALA Mall and IT Park and close to nearly everything (shopping malls, business offices, bars, restaurants, cafes and night life). You will not have hard time to find foods.
Well equipped kitchen：You can enjoy basic cooking if you are tired to eat outside.
※Please do not cook dry fish in this unit.
Basic cookware : We do provide flying pan, pot, knifes, plates, glasses, etc.
Please note that we don't provide any spices, seasoning like oil, salt, sugar, etc.
Help your business：You can enjoy Fiber Optic Internet Connection up to 20mbps. This speed is much faster than average speed in Cebu. You will not have a stress with the internet speed. There is a very comfortable office chair and desk. Best combination to work if you are a business man.
※Please understand that the internet is not stable due to infrastructure. There might be a day that you can not access to the internet.
Air conditioning：There is a very quiet split type aircon. It will help you deep sleep at the end of your day.
Shower：Strong water pressure hot water will make you relax time.
Security：You can feel safe with 24/7 security with CCTV to relax when you are in this unit.
Parking：THERE ARE PAY PARKING SLOTS IN THIS BUILDING. HOWEVER IT'S ALWAYS FULL ESPECIALLY DURING OFFICE HOUR (9AM TO 5PM). I don't recommend if you have a car and need a parking slot.
I can arrange private airport car pick-up and recommendation on cheap and good local tours of Cebu City and the provincial areas of Cebu(Ex. Whole shark watching at Oslob, Kawasan Falls and Island hopping tour etc.). It will include itinerary and costing information for your reference/guidance. This is to make sure that my guest would have a lasting and memorable travel experience.
I can assist your check-in even late night. Please advise me what time will you arrive.
Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner and lights when not in use.
All trash and perishables must be disposed at the garage chute and dishes washed before departure. Please keep the room clean.
Please list the exact number of guests. We require you to send us valid IDs of all those occupying the unit BEFORE arrival so that our security people will let you in. Non-registered guests will not be allowed up into the condo, you can meet them at the lobby on the ground floor. Our building is very strict with security. If you registered for 1, only 1 will be allowed upstairs.
This is a self-serviced/catered apartment. As such, breakfast is not included and cleaning is limited to the check-in/check-out dates only in preparation for the next guest. However, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
I'm accepting bookings even the date you check-in. However I might not set-up the unit if you book the date you check-in. Please inquiry me before you book what time I can set-up the unit if you book in the same day.
