My place is located in La Guardia Extension, Lahug, Cebu City between Golden Cowrie and Cebu Aeronautical School, walking distance to Cebu IT Park and JY Square.
My place is newly interior designed and renovated. It is a two single studio unit combined making it more spacious. My kitchen is fully equipped for you to be able to cook simple dishes. My place also has ample space for your luggage and other belongings.
Enjoy the view of the mountain side of Cebu from the 23rd floor.
The building utilizes Smart Home Automation. Conveniently located near I.T PARK, malls, schools, business centers and etc. The building has 24/7 security guards and CCTV cameras. A Cafe-like lobby with drop-off entrance, swimming pool and garden roof decks at 19th & 37th floors.
My place is a no smoking place and kindly observe the proper smoking areas. We will live in a community that respects its neighborhood. I
don't allow any parties and karaoke's in my place in respect to the neighbors. Also, the management strictly implements its green measures such as by recycling and segregating.
