The unit/room is located at the 12th floor with access by elevator. equip with Wi-fi, smart TV with Netflix, Youtube. the guest can experience like they are staying at Home, they can cook. the reception is very approachable, there is restaurant snack bar's, convenient store, beauty salon, pharmacy, wash and dry. ATM machine at the Persimmon business center. There is also drying clothes at the rooftop with individual cage that you can padlock. the garbage room cabin located at the 2nd floor on the parking area. The unit/room is fully air condition. The swimming pool is located at the 6th floor with a great view. The parking area:
- free for motorcycle only
-for the car free for the first 2hrs, succeeding hour will be charge 25 pesos/hr located at the building and at the Persimmon Business center (no overnight parking at the Persimmon business center you will charge 5,000 pesos fine).
-380 pesos per day require reservation in advance
