Once booked and checked-in, the whole unit is exclusively for the guest/s up until the 11AM of the said check-out date. Guests can freely use the swimming pool, kitchenwares, air-conditioning unit, television, and the like.
Please contact the host prior to your stay regarding check-in matters. Guests can contact the host through Viber or Whatsapp Only.
Casa Mira is located at Salvador Extension where various restaurants such as 7/eleven and Pan de Manila is situated. It is also accessible by all kinds of transportation.
There are a lot of Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs) available outside the building. Guests may opt to ride a cab or book a Grab/Angkas ride for hassle-free transportation.

Check-out time: 11:00AM
- Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on availability. Just inform me in advance but regular check in is 3:00PM and check out is 11:00AM.
- Car rental, airport transfers and trips can be arranged upon request.
- Please maintain a clean and tidy place during your stay. We don’t provide daily cleaning services unless requested.
- If you’d like to get a taxi, you can ask help from the receptionist or security staff. If you’re tech-savvy, you can book a car-hailing service via app.
- Strictly no smoking, no illegal activities, excessive alcohol drinking and partying inside the unit.
- Guests will receive check-in and check-out instructions. It will include a detailed description of House Rules and it’s important to read them carefully.
Please also note that my Agoda listing is not a hotel room but a shared home, so please understand that I cannot provide a hotel treatment however I will do the best I can.
