We can provide 1 free pick up from airport or any port in Cebu as per request and we also have a van or car for rent with driver at your convenient. We offered 10% discount for weekly stay and 50% discount for a monthly stay.
Rooms are not fancy and huge but cozy place to sleep.
Everything in the house except the cabinets that was locked, guest can cook if they desire pots, pans, kitchenwares, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, television are up for use as long as they know how to take care of it like their own.
We added a self - check-in lock in our front door. I will message you the code on the day of your check in or give it to you in person as I still try to meet you in person as you check in.
Inside residential subdivision 179 G.L. Jaena St. Villa Del Rio 2 subdivision, Pit-os, Talamban CebuCity, mostly private cars park at side of the road although my unit has a car garage but only small car can park and or a motorcycle.
Any private car without the subdivision sticker or motorcyle driver has to leave 1 ID at the security guard in the entrance and then they can pick it up once they exit out the subdivision.
Parking available in front of the house for small car or motorcycle or at opposite side of the road. Subdivision is nearby Cebu International school a walking distance or you can ride a motorcycle (habal-habal) about 1/2 mile there is a road junction where you can take and airconditioned bus or jeepney with number 62B or 62 C for public transportation that will take you to Gaisano grand mall, University of Visayas Banilad Campus, USC Talamban campus, C- mall, University of Cebu campus Banilad, all the way to Ayala and to carbon market for 1 ride expect a long ride though because of traffic, there is also a 13I jeepney that you can ride if you want to go to Mandaue area and Lapu- Lapu. It may take you 2 rides to go to SM Cebu mall. While on your stay with us if you want to tour around South of Cebu 3 hrs. drive to go to Moalboal to swim with the shark, Canyoneering or visit Kawasan falls in Badian I may recommend to do it on different day, another place to see is Simala Shrine in Lindogon, another adventure for you to experience is the Bojo River Cruise in Pinamungahan , Island hopping in Lapu Lapu City, or whether you just want to do City and highland tour around Cebu all of those mentioned can be arrange through us and we will be happy to assist you to make your staycation or vacation fun and stress free.
