A Newly constructed home (2018) with all the modern amenities you would expect in a 4 star rental.Come and experience the comfort and convenience of our whole house rental , with WIFI and cable TV, this beautiful two-story house is located in a very quiet, gated community. There is a covered carport and a covered porch with a bamboo seating. On the first floor is a spacious open concept living room/, dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen and a half bath. On the second floor is another living room, a terrace with another seating area for our guest to enjoy relaxing while sipping coffee and/or commuting with nature. This level also includes 3 large bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and hot and cold shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and air conditioners. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. Wardrobe and dresser are also provided in each room. There is a free off-street parking. And taxi service can be hailed on the main road, just a minute away. We can also make arrangement for pick up and private transportation for agreeable cost, we have a 10-12 seating capacity Van and driver for hire.
