This is a newly built 2-storey building originally purposed as a family dwelling for a growing family. Since we are travelling every now and then, there are 3 ensuite studio units that we can share to guests. Feel at home with your own bathroom and kitchen with basic cooking facilities.

GUEST SPACE
The studio unit is equipped with standard appliances for a convenient stay and an en suite toilet with hot & cold shower just for you. Sleep comfortably in a semi double bed that perfectly fits you and a companion. Private kitchen is located at the back door of the unit with basic cooking facilities. So load up the fridge and stock up some food for your own breakfast in bed!

GUEST ACCESS
Guest has own studio unit with a private toilet and shower with kitchen. Parking space is on a "first come, first serve" basis. There are 2 slots for double parking inside the gate or guests may park outside, street parking.

GUEST INTERACTION
Guests may send an SMS to the number that will be given after booking and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Our place is situated in a humble and quiet neighborhood which is 10 minutes away by car from the bus station and downtown (Davao Doctor's, SM Ecoland, etc). Guests need to ride a pedicab/tricycle for a minute or 2 to the reach Matina highway. We are just a few blocks away from Porky Best main outlet and minutes away from Lola Abon's Pasalubong.

GETTING AROUND
Guests may hail a pedicab, tricycle or a taxi in front of our house. Airport is just 30 minutes away by car.
