• Self-check-in: Yes. We encourage self check-in to limit personal contact.
• No Gatepass, No Entry: Send the list of guest names before check-in for your gatepass.
Gatepasses are issued until 5 PM on the check-in date. We will secure and forward this to the
guards's house and just present your ids to enter the premise. Failure to provide guest names
on time may result in denied entry.
NOTE : Inform us ahead if you will arrive very late and make sure to submit/send your gatepass
before 5PM on the day of your checkin.

• FREE 4 towels, 4-6 pillows, mattress and blanket each bed and 1 extra foam. (Additional charges
apply for extra towels, foam, mattresses, blankets, and pillows).
• WI-FI with smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Disney, Premium YouTube).

- Strictly prohibited inside the condominium (smell sensor and smoke detector). Penalty: 10,000

3. Pets:
- Not allowed, though negotiable.
4. Noise:
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5. Cleanliness:
- Keep the condo clean. Dispose of trash properly. Clean the kitchen after use to avoid charges.
Minimum of 500 for non disposal of trash and leaving the unit very dirty and messy.
6. Damages:
- Any damages or losses will be charged to your account.
