This is a modern 22.4sqm Studio unit with complete condotel set-up. This is located at Tower 2 5th floor.
Strategically located at downtown CM Recto Ave., Davao City, very close to Marcopolo Hotel Davao.

1 Single Sofa bed
MAXIMUM 3PAX only (7yrs & up are included in the counting of total no. of pax), there is an extra P350/pax in excess of 2pax, so kindly book according to the no. of pax coming ———

Check-in: 2pm onwards

Check-out: up to 11am only (no late check outs), but you can leave your luggage at our office, right across Avida, then come back before 9pm to pick it up. 


Kindly wait inside the unit for turnover of keys to any of our assigned rental officer of the day.
