The Townes at Davao Townhouse comfortably accommodates 13-16 guests!
After a long day of exploring, you can unwind in one of the hot and cold showers, or sink into the hotel-quality mattresses & pillows for a comfortable night's sleep.
The living room has a voice command TV with all the streaming services: Disney+, HBO Go, Netflix, YouTube Premium & 2 sofa beds for extra guests!
We have a fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, induction & rice cooker, refrigerator, utensils & air fryer.
The Townes at Davao is a 3 unit triplex. The unit you are renting is Door 3 which is a two stores two bedroom townhouse with its own parking garage.
You have access to door 3 of the triplex.

The Townes Townhouse is located in Flores Village an exclusive private gated subdivision with 24 hour security. It is peaceful and quiet and conveniently located just behind SM Savemore Supermarket, Ateneo Senior High School, Adventist Hospital, pharmacies, restaurants and many more.
20 min drive to S & R, 15 min Drive to SM City Ecoland, 30 min drive to Davao Doctors Hospital. 30 min drive to Uyanguren.
Taxis and public transport are available. You may take a public trycycle from the village to the main highway or call a cab from ride hailing apps.
