The unit for rent is one of five in the apartment building. It is the only unit located in the ground floor, with all other units being in the 2nd floor. There is a main gate which serves as the entrance to the apartment and is covered by a CCTV system.
Guests will be able to use the renter’s lounge on the 2nd floor as well as the rooftop, which has a beautiful view on the island of Samal and the surrounding peaceful residential area.
The owner and caretaker lives just next door and manages the minimart beside the apartment. We will be glad to assist the guests regarding any inquiries or assistance needed during their travel and stay in Davao.
The property is located in a safe and clean residential area on Eliong Road, Tibungco.
Free shared parking space is available beside the building. The property is 3 mins away from the main highway and within 1km from the town center, a hospital, a shopping mall, the public market and various other shops and stores. The owner and caretaker will be glad to assist the guests regarding transportation and any other questions.
We would like to invite guests to visit our minimart right next door, where they would find most of their essentials including toiletries, snacks and cold drinks.
