Please note of the following:
1. We are using PREPAID PLDT INTERNET WIFI which is signal-based. You only have 10gb data allowance per day.
2. Parking units, both free and pay parking are limited in number. Please inform us ahead if you need one so we can assist you better. Otherwise, you may ask assistance from the guard on duty to get you a parking slot upon arrival.
3. Please be honest with the head count. Any additional guest staying apart from the declared number of guest will be subject to a penalty fee of 500Php per day.
4. Guests should observe cleanliness in the unit. Any stains on items such as towels, bedsheets, carpet etc. due to negligence will be fined.
5. We have complimentary items available in the unit such as bottled water, coffee, dish soap, shampoo, body wash ,toilet tissue and toothpaste. If these free items run out during your stay, you may purchase your additional supply at the convenience stores nearby.
