Located in the heart of Davao at the beautiful Mesatierra Garden Residences, our spacious studio offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Enjoy these exceptional amenities:

?️ Restful Retreat: Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep on our double-sized bed, complemented by a double-sized pullout that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You’ll wake up refreshed and ready to explore!
?️ Dining & Home Amenities: Cook to your heart’s content in a fully-equipped kitchen; complete with dining essentials. You’ll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, induction cooker, and more—everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
? Shower: Unwind with a soothing hot or cold shower after a day of adventures.
?️ Essentials: We’ve covered you with toiletries, linens, and bath towels—pack light and enjoy your stay!
? Safety: Your peace of mind is our priority. Security cameras are discreetly located in common areas, and security guards are on duty 24/7 for your safety.
⏰ Flexible: Check-in is at 2 PM, and you can enjoy your stay until check-out at 11 AM.
?‍♀️ Pool Access: Dive into relaxation with refreshing pool access from Tuesday to Saturday—perfect for cooling off and unwinding.
Day Use: 6 AM - 6 PM
Night Use: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Free for 2 guests; additional guests incur a fee of Php 200 for Day Use and Php 300 for Night Use per guest.
? Parking: Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to reserve a spot inside the building, please let us know in advance.
