The property is located in Avida Towers Davao, a landmark in itself, which makes it easy for taxis and delivery service. The unit is in Tower 2, the first lobby you see when you drive into the property.
Guests will have access to the unit and the building amenities including pool and the fitness gym.
Location: Our unit is situated in Avida Towers Davao, C.M. Recto Street, Davao City. The location is fairly central within the city, offering residents convenient access to various amenities and facilities.
Surrounding Area: The property is within walking distance of Ateneo de Davao University and the must-visit Roxas Night Market and best shopping destinations - Abreeza Mall and SM Lanang Premier Mall- are within 5km (3mi).
