The Nest is a 48sqm condominium unit with 3 rooms.
It is the most spacious room within the building.

The 1st room is used as a Family room good for 5pax.
The 2nd room was converted into a Dining Area.
The 3rd room is used as a Couple room good for 2pax.

Rooms are purposely designed for functionality with aesthetic touches.

IMPORTANT!
For guests 5pax and below, we will open only 1 bedroom for use (Family room good for 5).

For 6-7pax guests, we will open 2 bedrooms for use. (Family room good for 5pax + Couple room good for 2 pax).

LIVING ROOM
We have a 43-inch Smart Android TV ready for Netflix and HBO Go.
The sofa can also be used as a sleeping cot for 1 person.

BEDROOM
There are 4 beds available:
- 1 Queen Bed (Family room)
- 2 Single Bed via double deck(Family room)
- 1 Full Double Bed (Couple Room)

Extra pillows and blankets are available.

KITCHEN
Refrigerator to store your food and Induction Cooker and Rice Cooker is available for your cooking needs.
Plates and utensils are also available.
Some pantry items, such as salt, oil, canned goods, packed noodles are available for guest consumption

DINING
The dining table is good for 4-6 persons.

TOILET & BATHROOM
Toilet essentials will be provided.
Hot Shower is available.

BALCONY
Clothes rack for drying is available on the balcony.
Cooking/grilling is not allowed on the balcony.
Smoking is also not allowed in the balcony.

PETS
Pets are welcome!
Enjoy walking and playing with your pet in the premises.
However to maintain cleanliness, while your pet is inside the unit, please confine your furbaby within cage. Please clean up after your pet at all times.
