Secured complex with 24/7 security and building maintenance. People who are entering the premises are being screened and the guest have been asked to leave their ID at the reception for safety purposes.
This unit is a 2 Bed Room Hall with 58 sq.m and a fully furnished including washing machine with dryer.
Swimming Pool and other amenities are still awaiting to open.
Short parking is allowed on a first come first serve basis outside the building.

All guest must provide their I'D to the host for confirmed booking to notify property management of guest arrival.
Guest should have prior approval from the host prior to allowing third party to the unit.

My exact place is located in Claro M. Recto known as Claveria in Davao City.
This is the most secured place with double guarded 24/7 security guards on duty at a convenient location ( downtown area) which is near to the banks, parks, hospitals and other commercial establishment which is easy to reach.
From the airport taxi is readily available just inform tha taxi driver that you are going to Avida Towers Davao that mostly all of them knows the place that it is along Claveria Street near Ateneo De Davao and Marco Polo Hotel.
Friendly receptionist and security guards are also available in the receiving area and they are more willing to help. Public transport is also available its just outside of building along the road.
For hassle free convenience and smooth check in formalities all guest are advised to bring 3 photo copies of their passport or any valid ID.
Avida Towers Davao amenities such as swimming pool, recration area, childrens playground and multi purpose hall are not yet open for use.
