Enjoy Davao City in this fully furnished two bedroom condo unit in One Oasis. Furnished with a queen size bed, a single pull out, and a double size bed, it can accommodate up to 5 people. Guests can also enjoy the condominium facilities such as swimming pool, club house, children’s play area, and basketball court. Safety and security of the condominium is also maintained by a 24/7 security personnel. Also, it is located 5 minutes away from SM City Mall, which is very convenient for our guests.
The master bedroom has one queen size bed and 1 pull out mattress. It has 1 smart tv with local channels, 1 dresser and wardrobe.
The second bedroom, was furnished with usability in mind. It was designed as a second bedroom and at the same time it can be converted to a living room. This gives the unit a more usable space.
It has a dinning area that can sit 6 persons, and a full kitchen area with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a heating for hot and cold shower.
Even with the builtin washing machine within the unit, drying or hanging of laundry is located at the rooftop of the building. It has enough space for hanging clothes, towels, and etc.
Guest has full access to entire unit. At the same time, they can also access the condo amenities like swimming pool, basket ball court, and play area. For the use of swimming pool, guests will need to register to the security personnel located in the pool area
Guest may reach out to the host if there are any help needed. But please notes that the hosts will be able to personally attend to guests needs from 9am to 5pm only.
The neighborhood within and outside the compound is safe and clean. Even if it is just very near to the mall, it is fairly quiet and peaceful.
One Oasis Condominium is easy to locate. Taxis are very familiar with the place. Guests without their own transportation can get around by hiring a taxi either via grab car or taxis parked outside the building. Guests with their own transportation may use the parking area reserved for the unit. Parking is located outside of the main gate. Security personnel constantly monitor the parking area, therefore it is safe.
As per building policy, guests are required to present vaccination card and valid Id upon arrival. The building
