Located in a gated, beachfront gated residential community, 70 steps from Thalatta Dive Resort and restaurant, directly across from Apo Island. Modern design, brand new construction. Use of second story Gazebo lounge overlooking 3 islands. Pure fresh water pool and fibre optic wireless internet free included! Outdoor grill center! We can set you up with a boat ride to snorkel at Apo Island. Transportation (van and driver) provided for a fee from the port of Dumaguete or Sibulan or airport. This is a NO SMOKING apartment. A grill center is outside used for cooking. We have the lastest fibre optic wireless technology for the internet and a chemical free/salt free pool. The guests can use the entire space within our gated compound, including the gazebo lounge, the fresh water pool and the grill center equipped with a gas grill and charcoal grill stations. There is even outdoor dining area by the pool for your use. We provide you an assistant for any questions and to check you in and out. As a local Filipina, her desire is to make sure your stay is pleasurable. I am mostly available since we live in a nearby property but always available by email. We are on the beach and one of the closest places to visit Apo Island to see the sea turtles and coral reefs. Spectacular scuba dive photo opprtunities right off our beach. 3 restaurants are available within walking distance from the apartment. From providing a driver/van for your excursions (at a fee) or find a car or scooter for you to rent with advance notice, everything is possible if planned in advance. We are walking distance on a concrete private road to the National Highway where there are buses, jeepney and trikes for public transportation.
