Beachfront views with a gateway to Apo Island and one of the best muck diving places in the area off our beach. Located in a gated, beachfront community consisting of a 48 square meter single bedroom apartment with full kitchen, 70 steps from Thalatta Dive Resort and restaurant. Staff provided daily for cleaning and assisting your needs. We have high speed fibre optic internet, cable television, second story gazebo lounge, a sweet water pool (no chemicals/salt) and an outdoor grill center. We can set you up with a boat ride to snorkel at Apo Island. Transportation (van and driver) provided for a fee from the port of Dumaguete or Sibulan or airport. This is a NO SMOKING apartment. A grill or "dirty Kitchen" outside is available for cooking seafoods. Pool, grill center, gazebo lounge, wireless fibre optic throughout property and beach. Wonderful scuba diving right in front of the residences for spectacular underwater photos. We provide you an assistant for any questions and to check you in and out. As a local Filipina, her desire is to make sure your stay is pleasurable. I am mostly available since we live in a nearby property but always available by email. We are on the beach and one of the closest places to visit Apo Island to see the sea turtles and coral reefs. 3 restaurants are available within walking distance from the apartment. From providing a driver/van for your excursions (at a fee) or find a car or scooter for you to rent with advance notice, everything is possible if planned in advance. We are walking distance on a concrete private road to the National Highway where there are buses, jeepney and trikes for public transportation.
