House Rules:
- QUIET TIME: 8pm - 8am
- No hard parties allowed.
- Since the house is at a private area, intense noise will not be tolerated, to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- NO smoking inside the house.
- Any damages seen will be charged to the guest.
- No pets allowed.
- Curfew: 11pm
- Lost keys will be fined.
- strictly no visitors ( strictly 9pax )
- NO KARAOKE/LOUD MUSIC
- No bringing of food inside the room
- Drain liquids only on the sink
- CLEAN AS YOU GO
Pool Rules
- Swimming attire must be used.
- No food, drinks. glass items in the jacuzzi
- Don’t put any other liquids, powders.
- Scheduled maintenance: 10AM
We don't have a generator.
We have the right to cancel a booking without refund if the guest won't adhere to the rules.
At 7AM, the caretaker will water the plants just outside the house.
