These amenities include the adults swimming pool with chaise lounge set, kid's swimming pool, jacuzzi ( outdoor spa ), reading nook that features a trellised seating area, kid's playroom, function room, and the state-of-the-art gym The room itself has a comfortable double-sized bed that can fit 2 guests, and additional sofa bed and/or foam for guests in excess of 2. The price per night is good for 2 pax. We only charge an extra of 275.00 pesos each night per person, in excess of 2. The guest must indicate the actual number of guests when booking, for agoda to compute the actual price per night. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. However, if guests are more than 4, they should discuss it with the owner/host when booking, for possible accommodation. It has a balcony that guest can use to enjoy the view of Iloilo City and the Guimaras Island. It has other basic living amenities such as kitchenware and toiletries. The guest has a direct access to whatever is in the condo unit such as TV, air conditioning unit, refrigerator, microwave, WIFI, kitchen utensils, full shower room, and more.
