Swimming pool (limited to 3 guests at a time), fitness gym, and kids' play area are free to use for all registered guests. Swimming pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. The swimming pool and gym are open from 6 AM to 10 PM. All these amenities are located on the third floor.

Public transportation is available outside the condominium and at the Festive Walk Transport Hub, just a 5-minute walk away. You can also use Grab Ride by downloading the app. Iloilo International Airport is 20 minutes away, while the Iloilo Domestic Port, Fastcraft Terminal, and Roro Terminal are all within 15 minutes.
1. Kindly review the house rules, description, and amenities. Maintain cleanliness and respect the property.
2. Guests are required to provide a verified government ID, as mandated by the condo association.
3. Accurately indicate the maximum number of guests staying. Unregistered guests are not permitted in the condo for the safety of homeowners and tenants.
4. Check-in is available starting 2 PM until 10 PM, and we kindly ask that you adhere to this time. Please be advised that condo rules prohibit check-ins after 10 PM.
5. There is no free parking available at the condo. Paid parking, either on-site or off-site, is limited and based on availability. Contact us in advance to make a reservation.
6. For your added comfort and ease, we have provided Alexa voice-command devices throughout the condo. Feel free to enjoy these devices if you’d like, and if not, please feel free to unplug it.
7. If you plan to have daytime visitors (up to 3, including registered guests) please inform us in advance, as we are required to register all guests with building security. Daytime visitors are not allowed to use the pool, gym, or play area.
8. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please supervise your children at all times, especially in common areas. Ensure they do not play with household appliances, and avoid leaving them unattended in the kitchen or on the balcony.
