We offer a flexible open-space condo unit w/o a balcony on the 7th floor, facing Megaworld. This tidy, minimalist 28.52 sq m unit is perfect for 4-6 guests. It features a smart lock (experience hassle-free stays with self check-in, arrive at your own pace… effortlessly), hot & cold shower, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, a stand fan, and kitchen essentials.
Enjoy a dining and living area, swimming pool access (with a fee), and 24/7 security. Restaurants are nearby for your convenience.

Fees:
Php 150 per guest on regular days
Php 300 per guest on holidays
These fees apply to all SMDC condo units and are payable directly to the building management.
PARKING:
If you need parking slot, kindly let us know in advance to check whether a slot is available. Fee per night will be charge. Fees will be dependent on the price per night of the slot parking owner.
