This is a ground floor one bedroom unit with kitchen facilities. It has a small garden with a view of Mt. Makiling. Plus parking is available.
Located near UP Los Banos, restaurants, and other convenience stores.
We are just a 900m (12min stroll) from the UPLB Gate.
(Optional) Private Pool Usage for a Fee
1. Payment of Php400 for two hours minimum, plus Php200 per additional hour.
2. Please reserve timeslot at least 2 hours before use so we can have the pool ready.
3. Available for reservation between 8am to 9pm, for unit guests only.
4. Pool is 6m long by 4m wide. Depth is from 4.5 feet to 6 feet.
5. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. Usage of the pool is at your sole risk. Host accepts no liability for injuries or loss.
