This is a second floor apartment with private balcony near a great beach. 7 to 9 minute drive to San Juan surfing area (tourist zone with bars and restaurants like Floatsam and Jetsam) (sorry, but pets are not allowed, no exceptions)
There's a fold down sofa-bed for the 3rd person.

Has a refrigerator, cooktop, pots and pans, utensils and a kitchen sink.

You'll have access to the whole apartment, there's also an outdoor shower located by the front entrance (please use this to wash off the sand).

You can message me if you need anything, I can inform the building staff, or take care of it personally.

The beach nearby is really nice and much less crowded than San Juan (Urbiztondo, surf town). The neighborhood is quiet.

You can catch a bus or jeep up on the main road to where ever you're going. There is parking available on the property, if thats full you can park outside the building wall.

No pets allowed. Only good for 3 people max, including children, drivers, yayas and other workers/group members. Please don't bring more than 3. Turn off aircon when you leave the room, no smoking in the unit.
