A newly renovated cozy 2 storey, 2 bedroom apartment with 3 beds that can accommodate 6 adults, a complete functioning outdoor covered kitchen, separate shower and toilet, as well as a small dining and living area perfect for budget-conscious travellers. This apartment is perfectly located not too far from the city for convenience but not too close to the city for a quiet night’s sleep.
The apartment is part of the owners house—a lovely family of 4 with 3 adorable and friendly shih tzus—divided by a wall to keep your stay private. Both rooms are equipped with airconditioning units to give you a comfortable sleep. The property is fully fenced and gated. You will have a privately accessible side gate but are free to use the main front gate should you wish, within reasonable hours.

Please note that the entire province of Albay experiences water shortage problems but this property has it’s own fully electric pump and water tank for your convenience.
