The space
Our cozy and spacious house is located in Sto. Niño, Taysan Hills, Brgy. Taysan, Legazpi City. (near Oriental Hotel)
The house has a very welcoming vibe and consists of 2 floors.
We have our caretaker who is one call away and will attend to everything you need. Just please ask him politely. ?
Our 2 rooms has one double bed (per room) and 1 room is a double-deck bed. ALL airconditioned. ?
Public transportation is far from the agoda unit. Bringing your own car is highly recommended. ?
Cooking is allowed. But please be cautious or better ask our caretaker to assist you in opening the stove for your safety. ?
There are free-range chickens and ducks in the area. ? Also, there are other domesticated animals like dogs and cats but won’t go inside the unit. ???
We have a SCOOTER available for rent. Send us a message for more details.
Important note: NO GENSET.

Our unit is not gated as shown in the photos but the house itself is surely relaxing and well ventilated with open parking.
